Debit Card Fraud

Debit card fraud is increasing today and we want to help protect you from possible fraudulent activity on your account. Ossian State Bank has started blocking signature based debit card transactions in all foreign countries, except for Canada. However, pin based debit card transactions in any foreign country will not be blocked. It may become necessary to add additional restrictions according to current fraud trends.
