Netscape can be downloaded from http://home.netscape.com/computing/download/index.html. If you experience any difficulties you should make sure you are using the latest version available.

Q.        When I go to the Login page my password appears there, that doesn’t seem safe.

Q.        What happens if I forget my password?

A.         If you forget your password and cannot log on, you can simply call Customer Service at 260-622-4141. They will reset your password for you. Important - for your protection, if your password is entered incorrectly three times in a row, your account will be "locked" until the next business day.

A.         Approximately 10 business days.

Q.        I made a transfer on web banking to my checking account, why doesn’t it show up on my account?

A.         The information has been received, but will not post to your account until that evening. Transfers or bill payments made after 3 p.m. central standard time will not be processed until the next business day and will appear the following evening.
